Upon the purchase of a lot/home in The Woodlands, the new owner automatically becomes a member of the Homeowners Association (HOA). Membership is mandatory.
Membership dues are $50 per year and are due on January 1st of each calendar year.
A notice of the HOA's Annual Meeting is mailed to all homeowners.
